WHEN WILL COLOR MY COOKIE ARRIVE?

Cookies are shipped via FedEx Home Delivery. Expedited shipping is also available. You'll select a SHIP-BY date and shipping speed at check out. This is the date by which we will ship your cookies, NOT the day they will arrive. 

The map below shows estimated transit times for FedEx Home Delivery from our bakery in Dallas, Texas. 



Regardless of the shipping speed you choose, you will receive an email notification that your cookies are on the way when they leave our bakery in Dallas! The notification includes a tracking number that will allow you to see the day your cookies should arrive. 

Occasionally, our carriers experience delays that are beyond our control. We are 100% committed to on-time shipping from our facility in Dallas, Texas; however, even with on-time shipping delays may occur. 

Your cookies will be delicious & fun when they arrive, even if they spend an extra few days on the way to you. Our cookies are shelf-stable at room temperature in their original packaging until at least the date on the bottom of the box. 

CAN I SHIP KITS TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

Yes! To ship to multiple addresses, you will need to place separate orders. Each recipient’s order must meet the order minimum to qualify for free shipping. If you need help with multiple address ordering, please email us at hello@colormycookie.com or call 214-258-5294 between 9 AM and 4 PM Central Time.  

For bulk or custom orders of more than 25 kits shipping to separate addresses, we will request a .csv file from you and we will upload the addresses. Click here to request a quote for bulk or custom orders.

WHY DO I CHOOSE A "SHIP-BY" DATE AT CHECKOUT? 

The "ship-by" date is the date by which we will ship your cookies, not an arrival date. 

We have you choose a shipping date, rather than an arrival date, at checkout because we can be 100% sure your cookies will ship on the date promised. Once the cookies are handed off to the carriers, we cannot guarantee arrival dates. The map shown above, on each product page, and on the checkout page provides approximate transit times to destinations around the U.S. 

We do not offer refunds in the event the arrival date is chosen at check out instead of the ship-by date.

About Cookie Kits

CAN I ADD EXTRA COOKIE PALETTES WITH EDIBLE WATERCOLORS TO MY ORDER?

Yes! We offer additional color palettes with two paintbrushes here.  Your extra palette will match the palette of the cookies in your order.

WHAT COMES IN THE ORIGINAL SIZE KIT? 

The Original Kit includes 6 cookies to decorate; an edible palette cookie with edible watercolors; 2 paint brushes; icing; sprinkles & other edible décor; and a link to online cookie decorating tips. 

WHAT COMES IN THE MINI SIZE KIT?

The Mini Kit includes 2 cookies to decorate; an edible palette cookie with edible watercolors; 1 paint brush; sprinkles; and a link to online cookie decorating tips.

No, Color My Cookie is not gluten free.

IS COLOR MY COOKIE PEANUT FREE? 
Yes! Color My Cookie is produced in a peanut-free facility. Please note, traces of tree nuts may be present.

IS COLOR MY COOKIE CERTIFIED KOSHER? 
No, Color My Cookie is not certified Kosher.

About Storing Cookies

HOW LONG WILL THE COOKIES IN COLOR MY COOKIE LAST?

Color My Cookie should be stored covered at room temperature until you are ready to decorate. We think you should start right away!

But if you have to wait, know that your cookies will be retain their taste and texture when stored at room temperature in their original packaging until at least the date on the box.

HOW SHOULD I STORE COLOR MY COOKIE?

Color My Cookie should be stored at room temperature in its original packaging. The cookies will retain their taste and texture until at least the date on the box. Do NOT refrigerate Color My Cookie.

CAN I FREEZE COLOR MY COOKIE?

Yes; however, we do not recommend it. If you freeze Color My Cookie, freeze it in its complete original packaging and be sure to remove it from the freezer at least 3 – 4 hours before you want to decorate your cookies. If your cookies haven’t come to room temperature before you start decorating, the edible watercolors will not be as vibrant as they could be. 

About Cancellations, Refunds & Returns

CANCELATIONS

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us by email at hello@colormycookie.com on the same calendar day you place the order. Please include your order number and the reason for your cancelation. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders after 11:59 PM on the day the order was placed. 

RETURNS

Because Color My Cookie is a perishable, edible product we do not accept returns. Should you be dissatisfied with your cookies in any way, please contact us by email at hello@colormycookie.com. We'll get back to you right away! 

REFUNDS

We do not issue refunds for issues related to shipping delays or missing packages that are declared delivered by the carrier. Please contact us at hello@colormycookie.com about any other concerns related to refunds.

About Special Orders

DO YOU SELL COOKIES IN BULK

Yes, bulk orders are any orders for 25+ kits (either Mini or Original Size) and can be shipped to one address or multiple addresses. Click here to request a quote for a bulk order. We do not offer individual cookies or fully decorated cookies for sale. 

 DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM COOKIES?

Yes, we do! Custom kits are available in Mini or Original Size and can incorporate your company logo, event theme, product, or just about anything else you have in mind! Click here to request a quote for a custom order. Minimum order is 25 kits and a $150 custom design fee applies. Past custom clients include Disney Junior, Nickelodeon, PayPal, Intuit, Deloitte, and dozens more.

About Donations

CAN YOU DONATE COOKIES TO MY SPECIAL EVENT? 

We love special events! We offer special pricing to schools and nonprofits nationwide who would like to have Color My Cookie at their events. Please email nancy@colormycookie.com for details.

We also offer a special fundraising opportunity for schools and nonprofits located in the Dallas-Ft. Worth Metroplex: We will work with you to design Original Size sets that you can sell to raise money for your organization. We make it easy:

• We work with you to design a cookie decorating kit with custom shapes for your organization, industry, or event
• We record a custom cookie decorating tutorial, including any talking points you provide
• You sell the boxes for $39 ea during your chosen selling period & pick a delivery day
• You place your order for the number of boxes you’ve sold 10 days before your delivery day
• We deliver cookie boxes to your location & you distribute them
• We bring a check for $10/box made out to your organization when we deliver the boxes
