Cookies are shipped via FedEx Home Delivery. Expedited shipping is also available. You'll select a SHIP-BY date and shipping speed at check out. This is the date by which we will ship your cookies, NOT the day they will arrive.

Regardless of the shipping speed you choose, you will receive an email notification that your cookies are on the way when they leave our bakery in Dallas! The notification includes a tracking number that will allow you to see the day your cookies should arrive. 

Occasionally, our carriers experience delays that are beyond our control. We are 100% committed to on-time shipping from our facility in Dallas, Texas; however, even with on-time shipping delays may occur. 

Your cookies will be delicious & fun when they arrive, even if they spend an extra few days on the way to you. Our cookies are shelf-stable at room temperature in their original packaging for 4 weeks after they arrive.
